Master of Construction Management
The purpose of this Master of Construction Management (MCM) programme is to help graduates to examine and understand construction organisations, their management, and operations, as well as other requirements for a sustainable and profitable business. This program comprises of eight taught modules which offers graduates the opportunity to apply knowledge in project management, health and safety, risk mitigation and regulations, strategic management, marketing, financial and human resource management. The eight taught modules, all of which are compulsory are complimented by a Final Project (WB) (FPJ909) on a specific topic of relevance to construction management.

Admission Requirements
General Entry
- A related Bachelor‟s Degree OR
- A related Graduate Diploma at Level 8
Alternative Entry
- 25 years old, completion of a related Level 5 qualification, and 7 years of relevant experience (of which 3.5 years of experience is obtained after completion of a Level 5 qualification), and completion of an MQA approved Pre-Master‟s Program. OR
- 25 years old, completion of a related Level 6 qualification, and 6 years of relevant experience (of which 3 years of experience is obtained after completion of a Level 6 qualification), and completion of an MQA approved Pre-Master‟s Program
