Bachelor of Human Resource Management
Bachelor of Human Resource Management (BHRM) is a three year study programme. It has 27 modules. Each year has 9 modules respectively. It consists of 360 credits, 3600 learning hours, and 1200 contact hours. Students who complete the first year can exit the programme with Diploma in HRM. Similarly students who complete the first two years can exit the programme with Associate Degree in HRM. Students successfully completing this three year programme will be awarded Bachelor of Human Resource Management

Admission Requirements
General Entry
- Successful completion of Higher Secondary Education OR
- Attainment of a Level 4 qualification in a related field OR
- Attainment of a Level 4 Foundation Study Program approved for the specific Diploma program.
Alternative Entry
- Completion of a Level 4 qualification (unrelated), and successful completion of an MQA approved University Preparation Program OR
- 20 years old, completion of secondary school, 2 years of relevant work experience, and successful completion of an MQA approved University Preparation Program
